Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Los Angeles, CA. The Talent Manager will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and nurturing influencer and talent relationships. Day-to-day tasks include overseeing talent recruitment, developing and executing talent strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring seamless collaboration between talents and brands. The Talent Manager will also coordinate with internal teams to align talent partnerships with campaign goals and ensure successful project execution.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent recruitment, talent relationship management, and contract negotiation
- Skills in developing and executing talent strategies
- Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Understanding of influencer and talent partnership dynamics
- Experience in the marketing, advertising, or entertainment industry
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
