I am on the hunt for a Software Solution Design Lead to shape innovative solutions across manufacturing and supply chain management. This is a player-coach role — lead projects, mentor teams, and get hands-on with design work that drives real impact.
Responsibilities
- Design scalable software solutions for manufacturing & supply chain
- Optimize processes: MES, ERP, WMS, logistics, warehouse systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders, dev, QA, and vendors
- Lead + mentor teams while delivering critical project phases
- Champion best practices and continuous improvement
Experience
- 10+ years’ experience in software solution design (manufacturing/supply chain)
- Strong leadership in multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience in process optimization, workflow design, integrations
- Bonus: Data center operations exposure, ERP design, Six Sigma/APICS certifications

Pay: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
