Design Support Associate
Employment: Full-Time
Location: Suwanee, GA
Schedule: Mondy – Friday 9am – 5PM
Pay: Weekly, $22 - $25 per hour
TeamOne in partnership with Artisan Family Brands is searching for a motivated and design -savvy individual to join our team as a Design Support Associate. This role is crucial in delivering exceptional service to the showroom walk-in clients, supporting the Market Manager and assisting the design team with both design and system support. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, organized, personable and capable of growing into a leadership role in training others.
Key Responsibilities:
· Learn to become proficient in ClosetPro design software.
· Support the design team with drawing and buildability.
· Once proficient in ClosetPro , train new designers on the software.
· Provide daily support to the Market Manager with administrative and operational duties.
· Participate in team meetings, products training and ongoing skill development.
· Greet and assist all showroom walk-ins clients with professionalism and enthusiasm.
· Maintain showroom appearance, ensuring samples are neat and current.
Required Qualifications:
· Willingness and ability to learn new design software – ClosetPro.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Ability to handle administrative responsibilities with attention to detail and professionalism.
· Organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Comfortable engaging with walk-ins clients and guiding them through the showroom experience.
· Self-motivated with a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Interest or experience in home organization or design a plus.
· Preferred candidates would have some industry experience.
