📍 Location: Berwyn, PA (Full-Time, On-Site with Hybrid Flexibility)

Balance Marketing Group, a rapidly growing integrated marketing agency, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our digital team. If you're passionate about social strategy, content creation, and building community, this is your opportunity to help shape bold brand narratives and drive engagement across top-tier platforms.

🎯 What You’ll Do

As our Social Media Manager, you'll lead social initiatives for a portfolio of diverse clients. You’ll be responsible for bringing their brands to life online, building strategic content calendars, and delivering measurable results.

Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, TikTok, and more
Write compelling copy for daily posts, blogs, and short-form content
Design simple graphics and direct visual content including photos and videos
Monitor conversations, engage audiences, and manage community presence
Stay on top of trends, tools, and platform innovations
Analyze performance data and deliver actionable reports
Collaborate closely with our creative and account teams, as well as clients
Frequent Daily Travel to our clients that happen to be local (Mid-Atlantic) locations.

✅ What You Bring

1+ years of marketing or social media experience (agency or in-house)
Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
Experience with social media platforms, content tools, and scheduling software
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, or similar)
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Comfort engaging with clients and stakeholders directly
Ability to travel to client locations in the region as needed

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

Bonus Points For: Video Production experience, CRM experience, analytics dashboards, project management tools
