Position Title: HR Representative – Mountain West Division
Location: Centennial, CO (Office Based)
Reports To: Senior HR Manager, Mountain West
Main Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day HR support to associates and leaders, including guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations.
- Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Support HR initiatives such as engagement, performance management, and talent development.
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company and legal standards.
- Partner with field leadership to support staffing, retention, and workforce planning efforts.
- Help coordinate training and development programs in collaboration with Learning and Operations teams.
- Respond to associate inquiries regarding benefits, payroll, and leave programs.
- Assist in administering leave of absence programs, including FMLA, ADA, and personal leaves.
- Support investigations and documentation related to employee relations matters.
- Participate in HR audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Help facilitate internal communications and change management efforts.
- Contribute to inclusion & belonging initiatives.
- Assist with reporting and analytics related to HR metrics and trends.
We Are Looking For Candidates Who Possess The Following
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000; Starting rates will be no less than the local minimum wage and may vary based on things like location, experience, and other qualifications. Dependent on length of service, benefits include healthcare, sick pay, PTO/Vacation pay and retirement benefits (pension and/or 401(k) eligibility).
