FurnitureFinders is a digital technology platform that operates as a two-sided marketplace connecting used and refurbished office furniture sellers with eco-conscious consumers. It also operates the Exchange, which is the primary membership club for key players in the used and refurbished office furniture industry to buy and sell amongst themselves and share market intelligence.

Role Responsibilities:
Execute Multi-Channel Marketing Campaigns
- Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, paid ads, and partner channels to drive both seller engagement and buyer leads.
- Analyze performance metrics with focus on lead generation.
Manage and Grow Social Media Presence
- Develop and execute a content calendar for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest to engage audiences, promote inventory, and build brand awareness.
- Respond to inquiries and monitor brand engagement.
- Engage in PR Activities
- Submit press releases and partner with key news outlets to get FurnitureFinders message featured in key publications.
Design and Maintain Digital Marketing Assets
- Create visually compelling digital assets including web banners, social posts, email graphics, and sales collateral using tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma. Ensure all visuals align with brand standards.
Contribute to Strategy and Creative Ideation
- Bring fresh, creative ideas to help position FurnitureFinders as the go-to platform for used office furniture.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities and test new marketing strategies with a data-driven, results-oriented mindset.
- Support Customer Experience and Communication
- Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure consistent messaging and timely communication with users on both sides of the marketplace.
- Assist in creating email templates, onboarding materials, and marketing touchpoints.
Develop and implement public relations strategies to enhance brand awareness.
- Create compelling press releases and media materials.
- Foster relationships with media representatives and industry influencers.
- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities for outreach.
- Manage social media platforms to engage with our audience effectively.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align PR efforts with overall strategy.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities.
- Organize events or press conferences to promote company initiatives.
Desired Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR or Related Field.
- 3-5 Years of Experience with Email, Social Media and Digital Marketing Responsibilities.
- Strong experience in WordPress, Google Analytics, Constant Contact (or Equivalent), Canva (or Equivalent)
- Strong Written and Visual Communication Skills.
- Proven Ability to Manage Campaigns from Concept to Execution.
- Hard-Working Attitude and Creative Personality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
