Job Title: Business Analyst – Cards

Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to support our Cards domain. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, particularly in credit card products, systems analysis, and stakeholder engagement. This role will be instrumental in gathering and translating business requirements into actionable insights for technology and operations teams.
Requirement:
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to card products and services
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle including requirements elicitation, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Manage product backlog and prioritize features based on business value, risk, and effort
- Work closely with Agile teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions
- Conduct gap analysis and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and sprint planning sessions
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal governance standards
- Provide ongoing support and analysis for enhancements and production issues
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, preferably in credit cards or payments
- Strong understanding of card lifecycle, transaction processing, and associated systems
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to translate business needs into detailed functional requirements
- Experience with UAT planning and execution

Salary Transparency:

At Capgemini, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. The base salary range for the tagged location is $91407 to $113808.
This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
