Job Overview:
Titan Partners is seeking an Associate to join our Investment Banking team who will be responsible for private & public capital market transactions, managing deal processes, and providing comprehensive financial advisory services to clients on the Titan Partners platform.
Responsibilities:
Transaction Execution & Managing Deal Process: Collaborate with colleagues to provide clients with seamless transaction execution including but not limited to equity and debt offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate advisory matters
Financial Analysis: Perform research and various financial analyses in support of new business generation as well as ongoing support of current clients.
Due Diligence: Manage and coordinate industry and company-specific due diligence activities in support of new business generation as well as live transactions
Structuring: Assist in structuring transactions and providing creative solutions to meet client objectives while considering both market conditions and regulatory requirements
Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and service providers, ensuring exceptional service while considering evolving client and firm needs
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience: Entry level acceptable, 2+ years of experience in investment banking or related field preferred
- Licenses / Certifications: SIE, Series 79 & 63 preferred
- Financial Modeling Skills: Proficient in building complex financial models, conducting valuation analyses, and interpreting financial statements
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate complex financial concepts succinctly and effectively
- Software Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other market analysis software
