Duties include preparing designs, contracts and drawings for: water, wastewater, roadway paving and drainage projects of hire. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is required. Must have passed the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) examination and have, or obtain within specified timeframe, Texas Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
