About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Marketing & Event Coordinator to support our marketing and sales teams in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and coordinating events. This role will give you hands-on experience across digital marketing, content creation, and event planning while directly contributing to sales pipeline growth.
The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and eager to learn how marketing and sales work together in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content Creation
- Assist in creating marketing collateral, flyers, proposals, and pitch materials.
- Generate and edit content for blogs, social media, and sales enablement.
- Capture event highlights and repurpose into engaging digital content.
Digital Campaigns & Outreach
- Support LinkedIn campaigns, including outreach and messaging.
- Help track performance of digital campaigns to identify opportunities.
- Research and manage prospect lists to support lead generation.
Events & Sales Support
- Assist with planning, coordination, and logistics for sales events, trade shows, and webinars.
- Attend events, capture content, and support the sales team on-site.
- Collaborate with sales to align marketing activities with business development goals.
Lead Generation & Reporting
- Help generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
- Maintain and update CRM records for leads, campaigns, and event contacts.
- Provide reporting on campaign and event effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace; design tools (Canva, Adobe) a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in event planning or coordination.
- Exposure to CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
- Interest in B2B marketing and IT/managed services.
