About Flooret
Headquartered in DFW, TX, Flooret is a young and design-forward eCommerce flooring company serving residential and commercial customers. With an eye on building a larger eCommerce footprint to continue to disrupt the traditional ways flooring is sold.
Flooret is seeking a Creative Manager (Contract- 3 months) to lead our brand and creative strategy during a critical growth phase. This role will be responsible for aligning our visual identity across digital channels, updating our brand book, and ensuring creative assets directly support business outcomes in ecommerce and commercial channels.
Responsibilities
Month 1 – Strategy & Foundation
- Audit current brand assets and creative workflows.
- Develop a creative strategy aligned with sales and customer experience goals.
- Update and refine the brand book (visual guidelines, tone, usage).
- Recommend a core set of assets to implement across our website, social channels, CRM and new sales channels.
- Assess the AI tools Floore can use to streamline deliverables more effectively (Base 44, Sora, etc)
Months 2–3 – Delivery & Accountability
- Deliver priority creative assets and oversee implementation across digital touchpoints.
- Lead creative direction for social, email/SMS, and site content in partnership with marketing leads.
- Ensure creative output supports and measures against KPIs (in collaboration with VP, Digital):
- Sales growth (conversion lift from creative improvements).
- Customer NPS and brand consistency.
- Engagement and efficiency across digital campaigns.
- Provide feedback and direction to external partners (graphic design) to maintain alignment.
- Establish repeatable creative workflows for internal teams to use after the contract term.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of creative management experience (agency or in-house).
- Strong preference for individual with interior design experience
- Strong portfolio showcasing brand strategy and execution across digital platforms.
- Experience creating and implementing brand guidelines.
- Familiarity with ecommerce and/or DTC consumer brands.
- Ability to balance creative vision with measurable business outcomes.
- Ability to proactively generate strong copy with clear CTA in applicable assets
Job Type: Contract
Pay: Up to $4,000.00 per month
