We’re seeking a driven, detail-oriented appointment setter to help us connect with qualified prospects and book sales calls into the calendar.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outreach on LinkedIn, email, and direct message platforms.
- Qualify prospects based on provided criteria.
- Book sales calls directly into the calendar and confirm attendance.
- Follow proven scripts while adapting naturally to conversation flow.
- Maintain accurate tracking of outreach, follow-ups, and appointments in CRM.
- Consistently meet weekly call booking targets.
Requirements
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Previous experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support.
- Professional communication style and confidence when speaking with executives.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-focused.
- Comfortable working U.S. business hours (flexible within reason).
- Stable internet and quiet work environment.
Preferred Regions:
Latin America, South Africa, Eastern Europe.
