The Role
We’re looking for a super creative, trend-savvy Social Media Marketing Manager to take charge of our daily content creation — especially on TikTok. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social media, knows what makes content go viral, and can humanize our brand in a way that goes beyond selling.
What You’ll Do
- Create engaging daily content (primarily TikTok, with some Instagram crossover).
- Stay on top of trends and translate them into viral, brand-appropriate content.
- Develop authentic, community-focused content ideas, such as:
“Let’s pack this customer’s order” videos
Customer appreciation/acts of kindness content
- Produce UGC-style content at home, including shooting, editing, and posting videos.
- Edit content using TikTok, Splice, CapCut, or similar tools.
- Post regularly and maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Respond quickly to comments and DMs to foster genuine relationships.
- Source and identify social media creators who align with our brand’s image/voice.
- Facilitate PR packages/shipments for creators and help transition them into affiliates.
- Review analytics to understand what content strategies work best, and pivot quickly when needed.
- Drive organic growth of our TikTok and social platforms by building trust, community, and engagement.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience creating content for TikTok (bonus if you’ve grown an account yourself).
- A natural storyteller who knows how to humanize a brand and connect authentically.
- Passion for community building — you care about making people feel seen, valued, and appreciated.
- Strong video editing skills (TikTok, Splice, CapCut, or similar apps).
- Experience sourcing creators, influencers, or affiliates for social media campaigns.
- Eye for talent and ability to identify who fits brand image and voice.
- Analytical mindset — you can track performance and pivot strategies for growth.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Highly organized and able to manage a daily posting schedule.
Compensation:
- Base salary: $50,000/year
- Bonus/commission based on net sales, content performance, and social growth
- Strong potential for pay increases as the company scales
- Opportunity to grow into a leadership role as the marketing team expands
