You’ll be part of a collaborative team, learn from experienced professionals, and have a clear path to leadership opportunities as you grow.

What You’ll Do:

Keep communication smooth by tracking and organizing client interactions across departments.
Connect regularly with current customers and new leads to ensure satisfaction and meet growth goals.
Research and resolve concerns quickly using team resources and best practices.
Participate in ongoing training to sharpen your skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
Build strong, lasting relationships that strengthen brand loyalty.

What You’ll Bring:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or 1–3 years in customer service or another client-facing role.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
Proven ability to meet goals with a customer-first mindset.
Full-time availability and a desire to learn and grow within the company.
