Job Title: Field Marketing Coordinator

Position Summary
The Field Marketing Coordinator (FMC) provides administrative and executional support to the Field Marketing team. This role focuses on managing tools, systems, budgets, vendors, and logistics to ensure smooth operations. The FMC is not responsible for strategic planning or sales execution but plays a key role in enabling Field Marketing Managers to stay focused on in-market activation, distributor engagement, and driving availability, visibility, and value (AV3).
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support (80%)
· Coordinate vendor onboarding, compliance, and maintain vendor relationships for POS and activation materials.
· Manage purchase orders (POs), validate details, and ensure timely processing.
· Track invoices, reconcile with POs, and work with finance for resolution.
· Monitor and report on state-level A&P budgets, ensuring accurate tracking in A&P systems.
· Oversee POS logistics, including pulls (HALO), shipments, and state-level distribution.
· Manage local POS sourcing, ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and budgets.
Local Procurement & Market Readiness (10%)
· Lead communications with markets regarding POS ordering timelines and vendor readiness.
· Ensure compliance on locally sourced materials.
Field Feedback Collection (10%)
· Collect and organize field feedback for post-program reporting.
· Facilitate executional input from field teams.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
· 2+ years of business experience, ideally in brand marketing or field marketing.
· Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with project management, process optimization, and agile environments.
· Proficiency in data analysis, business analytics, and large dataset handling (automation, validation, visualization).
· Ability to collaborate across functions and support organizational change.
· Knowledge of A&P operations, planning, and systems preferred (training provided for external candidates).
Key Deliverables
· Accurate and timely PO and invoice processing.
· Effective tracking and reporting of state-level A&P budgets.
· Efficient management of POS and tool logistics.
· Consistent administrative and operational support across markets.
