Entry level Financial Analyst
The Financial Analyst will create corporate reporting, analyses, and presentations. The ideal candidate will be fluent in advanced Excel modeling and will have proficiency with Argus Enterprise. This role will collaborate with multiple departments across the organization to gather data, develop insights, and communicate findings.
Pay $75-80k

Financial Analyst responsibilities will include:
- Creating and maintaining Argus Enterprise models
- Producing lender reporting packages and performing debt coverage analysis
- Coordinating lender approvals
- Measuring portfolio metrics such as same store NOI, lease and loan maturities and other key performance indicators
- Maintaining internal databases and using Power BI to create dashboards and reports
- Assisting with the creation of property budgets and forecasts
- Coordinating investor requests and updating investor information
- Assisting with presentations and reporting
- Performing ad hoc scenario analysis as needed
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's or advanced degree with an emphasis in finance, real estate, or economics and a history of scholastic success or equivalent work experience
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- High attention to detail
- Persistence in digging into data to solve problems
- The ability to effectively communicate with peers, senior management and lenders
- Understanding of financial and accounting reporting concepts
- Experience in commercial real estate and/or loan experience
