About The Role
Mass Affect is entering a financial and operational renaissance. We’re eliminating waste, building new income channels, and restoring creative flow across our ecosystem.
We need a Finance & Systems Revitalizer to architect our comeback — clearing backlogs, optimizing costs, and designing systems that multiply money instead of losing it.
What You’ll Do
- Audit and eliminate all debts, leaks, and financial drains.
- Create and manage a system that tracks income, reinvestment, and compounding growth.
- Manage the Mass Money Marketplace for our workers — oversee product listings, store updates, pricing, and payouts.
- Track pay increases, bonuses, and commissions.
- Send weekly financial updates and reports to the team.
- Build dashboards and systems to track conserved funds and reinvested revenue.
- Develop and enforce policies around cash flow conservation and distribution.
- Collaborate with leadership on creative revenue solutions (crowdfunding, vendor buy-ins, sponsorships).
Who You Are
- You love cleaning and reorganizing — bringing structure where there was noise.
- Financially sharp with operational intuition.
- Experienced in budgeting, small business finance, or entertainment operations.
- Excel or Google Sheets wizard (automation and dashboards are your playground).
- Integrity-driven and emotionally steady under financial pressure.
Compensation
- $3,000/month base pay
- $500 milestone bonus when backlog cleared
- $2,000 bonus when company reaches profit milestone
