Overview
As an Information Security Services Engineer, you will provide technical and administrative support for the global enterprise as well as utilize network security monitoring and management tools to evaluate the status of the environment daily.
Responsibilities include:
• Monitoring and maintaining existing network security infrastructure, including firewalls, network access control lists, and web proxies
• Providing first level support and tracking of all firewall issues including vendor escalation
• Supporting connectivity requirements between our users and other sites, third parties, and exchanges
• Configuring and assisting in deployment, decom, and tracking of firewall assets while adhering to existing standards and best practices
• Automation development for new hardware, software, and monitoring features
What we're looking for
• Experience working with networking and network security technologies including firewalls, switching, and routing
• Demonstrated troubleshooting skills
• Programming in Python, Perl, Powershell, and/or bash scripting
• Client/Endpoint security, database and web development skills a plus
