Salary: Starting $75,000, room to grow, performance based bonus
Location: New York, NY (In-Person, Monday–Friday)
Experience: 2+ years in recruitment in financial services
Kingswood US is seeking a highly motivated and experienced financial services In-House Recruiter to join our team in New York City. This role is a full-time, in-person position responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top talent across various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and implement strategic hiring initiatives to support company growth.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for key roles within the organization.
- Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and create effective job descriptions.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn, job boards, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and report on hiring progress.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services, wealth management, or related industries.
- Strong ability to source and attract top-tier talent using various recruitment methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
