Company Description
We are a preseed stage biotech startup working in the bioprinting space. We are looking for a Founding Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team in January and help us develop our novel bioprinting platform. This is an opportunity to be a founding member of a team looking to fundamentally change how transplantation is done - we are looking for someone interested in working on interesting problems, directing their own projects, and expanding their skill set, while working in an exciting if high-pressure environment. Initiative and meticulousness are high on our list of traits we are looking for. We need someone who can build fast and think for themselves.
You will be underpaid. Initial salary is between $60,000 to $90,000 per annum based on experience and equity negotiations - significant equity is available. We will help with living expenses as is necessary, but do not expect any savings for the first year. Salary should be expected to increase with subsequent rounds - as a founding member all our future salaries will be highly dependent on your performance. We have shown significant growth so far, and with your help we can stay on this trajectory.
