Brand Marketing Specialist
Location: In-office, M-F (9 miles East of Downtown Los Angeles)
Role Overview
We're seeking a Brand Marketing Specialist to lead the development and execution of branded product lines and marketing strategies. This role bridges creative, strategic, and operational functions-working closely with licensors, sales, and internal teams to bring compelling products to market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop global product lines from concept to shelf in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Coordinate with licensors, sales, and creative teams to develop and present product concepts for approval
- Maintain product tracking systems from ideation through final approvals and sample retention
- Manage packaging design, gift box development, and trade show sample logistics
- Publish New Product Introduction forms and contribute to website and editorial updates
- Analyze sales data and performance reports to identify growth opportunities
- Lead brand campaigns, product launches, and influencer-driven promotional activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor performance, and consumer insights to inform strategy
- Present brand positioning and product strategies to internal and external stakeholders
- Oversee licensed product approvals across multiple assortments
- Support brand-building events and marketing content creation
Requirements
- Based in Los Angeles, in-office Monday-Friday
- Experience in Marketing or Product Management, preferably in branded consumer products
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication; confident presenter
- Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Mailchimp, YouTube) and influencer marketing
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint/Keynote, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator
- Bachelor's degree required; Marketing preferred, or equivalent experience
