Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager at FFA, located in Elk Grove Village, IL with some work from home flexibility. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing customer accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, overseeing client projects, addressing client needs and demands, and acting as a liaison between clients and internal teams. Other day-to-day tasks include ensuring client satisfaction, identifying potential business opportunities, and working to achieve company goals and client success.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects efficiently in Logistics or 3PL.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to address client needs and demands effectively
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Experience in sales, marketing, or related field is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
