Job Summary
Simply put, I am a small land developer/home builder looking to once again get to the next level and I am looking for a CFO who knows how to obtain investment capital to help my business grow. What I am looking for is more of a role as a partner as opposed to an employee. The person that I am looking for will have experience in obtaining capital to purchase and develop land and finance model and spec homes. I am open to hiring from a diverse background and the individual I hire is able to work remotely and does not need to live in the state of Minnesota.
