Our Client is a very active real estate private equity firm that acquires, operates, and develops class-A office assets across the United States with a opportunistic/value-add strategy. The company has been very active and has acquired over 4 million SF in the last several years and currently developing another 1 million SF. Current AUM $3B+.
We seeking an Acquisitions Analyst to support its investment team and executives in sourcing, underwriting, conducting due diligence, and managing real estate investments. This role provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in acquisitions, financial modeling, market analysis, and deal execution. Salary based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Underwrite new acquisitions, developing financial models in Argus and Excel.
- Analyze and refine underwriting assumptions, collaborating with leasing brokers, capital markets teams, and property owners.
- Conduct due diligence on potential investments, assessing risks and opportunities.
- Draft investment memorandums and market research reports; assist with capital raising efforts.
- Support the procurement of property financing, including loan diligence and closing processes.
- Build and maintain relationships within target markets to strengthen sourcing efforts.
- Utilize data-driven research to formulate strategic investment decisions.
- Assist with all other company initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or Economics with a strong GPA.
- 0-3 years of related experience in acquisitions, underwriting, or asset management.
- Expertise in Argus and Microsoft Excel for financial modeling.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented.
