Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of financial concepts, and proficiency with various financial software and data visualization tools. Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed financial analysis including cash flow analysis, profit & loss assessments, and cost accounting to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models using Microsoft Excel, Pivot tables, VBA, and other tools to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive financial reports
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets for insights into business performance,
- Support business analysis initiatives by providing insights into profitability, operational efficiency, and market trends through quantitative research
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements in financial processes, including corporate finance, governmental accounting, and strategic planning activities.
- Assist in the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards by supporting activities related to corporate accounting and maintaining accurate documentation for audits.

Experience
- 4+ years of experience in cost analysis and financial Planning from manufacturing
- Solid understanding of cost accounting, standard costing, and production/manufacturing
- Advanced Excel and ERP
- Strong communication skills
