Job Description
We’re looking for a digitally-savvy Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and a sharp eye for detail to join our creative team at Enrich Marketing. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative agency environment and is excited to contribute to a wide range of client campaigns and marketing initiatives, from video storyboards to meta-ads. Sometimes the ask is clear upfront, other times we need you to help us see a visual direction first.
Key Responsibilities
- Design compelling and effective marketing assets across various channels including:
- Paid digital ads
- Print collateral
- Client presentations
- Landing page designs
- Email and social media graphics
- Collaborate with creative director, account managers and digital specialists to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and client brand standards.
- Take design projects from concept through production with minimal oversight.
- Maintain consistency across all visual materials while being adaptable to multiple brand styles.
- Stay up to date on current design, marketing, and digital trends, contributing fresh ideas to brainstorms and creative reviews.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of professional design experience, preferably within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma or Sketch experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of digital best practices (file formats, resolutions, accessibility, responsive design).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail and visual storytelling ability.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative, solutions-oriented attitude.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects, Premiere).
- Familiarity with basic UX/UI principles is a plus.
- Comfort working directly with clients or presenting work.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
