Client Partner
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and client-focused professional to serve as the trusted partner for our enterprise accounts. In this role, you will bridge strategy and technology, ensuring seamless onboarding, successful data integration, and long-term customer success. You will be the key contact for your accounts—guiding them from proof-of-concept through full adoption, driving measurable value, and fostering sustainable growth.
What You’ll Do
Client Leadership
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, from onboarding through ongoing engagement, ensuring a consistent and professional experience.
- Own the client journey, overseeing milestones, timelines, and communications to deliver confidence and transparency at every stage.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships by understanding client priorities, aligning strategies, and consistently delivering value.
- Identify risks and challenges early, proactively addressing them and providing clear, solution-oriented updates.
- Ensure a smooth transition from sales to client success, capturing critical details and maintaining momentum.
Technical Ownership
- Oversee the integration of client data into core platforms, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and readiness for analytics-driven outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—technical, marketing, and operational—to guarantee seamless onboarding and adoption.
- Design and execute proof-of-concept initiatives, including campaign strategy, experiment setup, and performance tracking.
- Monitor key technical aspects such as signaling, match rates, and campaign performance, resolving issues that could impact outcomes.
- Serve as both strategist and hands-on contributor, applying a blend of technical expertise and business acumen to deliver results.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience in client management within digital marketing, SaaS, or data-driven industries.
- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in data integration, BI tools, and analytics pipelines. SQL proficiency is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills in English—both written and verbal—with the ability to simplify and present complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven success in managing large accounts, leading cross-functional projects, and aligning internal and client teams around shared goals.
- Experience with online advertising ecosystems, campaign management, and ad networks such as Meta or Google is a strong advantage.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements simultaneously and consistently deliver on time.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and transform them into opportunities for growth.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with international clients or global accounts.
- Background in SaaS platforms or performance marketing technologies.
- Revenue ownership or experience driving measurable client growth outcomes.
