What You’ll Actually Do
- Be the first voice clients trust: answer questions, follow up, and keep communication flowing.
- Keep us organized: track client notes, schedules, and next steps so nothing slips through the cracks.
- Support big moments: help prepare presentations and proposals for client meetings.
- Spot what others miss: share feedback, patterns, or opportunities that can strengthen client partnerships.
- Work as the bridge: connect clients with the right people on our team so they always get what they need.
