IT Business Analyst (IT Consulting Exp Pref + User Story Exp Req) Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business users to capture workflows and system requirements
- Create and maintain user stories, process maps, and related project documentation
- Document current and future-state business processes for digital transformation initiatives
- Translate requirements into clear functional specs for IT teams
- Facilitate discussions to align business and technical stakeholders
- Identify gaps and recommend process improvements
- Assist with user acceptance testing and validate business needs
- Prepare training materials and support user onboarding
- Maintain project documentation and track deliverables
IT Business Analyst (IT Consulting Exp Pref + User Story Exp Req) Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2+ years of IT Business Analyst experience with a focus on creating user stories is required
- Strong skills in process documentation and stakeholder communication are required
- Ability to work on-site in Stamford, CT (2–4 days per week) and travel up to 15% is required
