Job Overview
We are seeking a senior-level design professional to join our team.
Responsibilities include:
- Meet with clients and team members to assess the scope of work and specific project requirements
- Develop complete furniture solutions, which include furniture plans, accurate specifications, and renderings as needed for systems furniture, seating, case goods, etc.
- Review project solutions with clients using effective communication and presentation tools
- Complete audit specifications for team members
- Create electrical (core), permit and installation drawings
- Attend customer sites for field verifications to ensure smooth installation
- Select and present finish options, as needed
- Coordinate multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines
Requirements:
· Associates’ Degree in Interior Design required, Bachelor’s preferred
· Proficiency in CET or AutoCAD / CAP 20/20
· Knowledge of ADA codes
· Excellent time-management skills/ability to prioritize and estimate design project time
Job Type: Full-time
Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
