THE ROLE
Wip is looking for 2 Marketing Interns to support our Marketing team. This is a hands-on role for early-career professionals who are obsessed with social media, influencer culture, and building relationships online. You’ll help identify and connect with emerging creators, support community engagement, and play a key role in shaping how our brand shows up across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify affiliate partners across TikTok, Instagram, and other emerging platforms
- Assist in creating, scheduling, and publishing content across social platforms
- Support event and retail marketing initiatives, including sampling activations
- Send personalized outreach messages via DMs, email, and affiliate platforms
- Assist with onboarding new affiliates and making sure they have what they need to succeed
- Help manage and engage our affiliate community via Discord, social, and email
- Track affiliate performance and highlight top partners for deeper collaboration
- Provide administrative and project management support to the marketing team
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Strong interest in consumer brands, social media, and cultural trends
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Proficiency with Google Workspace; familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or social tools a plus
- Positive, proactive, and collaborative mindset
- Full-time availability: Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
