Title: UKG Ready HR SR Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: 06+ Months
Key Responsibilities
- Implement the UKG Ready solution, focusing on HR modules such as:
- HR Core
- Benefits
- Performance & Compensation
- Learning
- People Analytics
- ACA Management
- Lead or support discovery sessions to gather client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Migrate and validate timekeeping data during implementations.
- Deliver end-user training and provide guidance on timekeeping processes and system usage.
- Collaborate with internal teams, third-party vendors, and client stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Align with project timelines, risks, and milestones (without direct project management responsibilities).
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional experience with HCM systems, especially UKG Ready, with a focus on HR implementations.
- Hands-on expertise in UKG Ready configuration and deployment.
- Solid understanding of U.S. HR compliance, including state-specific requirements and best practices.
- Strong experience with Benefit Administration and Plan Setup.
- Ability to interpret Workforce Management, HR, and Payroll needs and configure systems accordingly.
- Comfortable working within structured project environments (discovery, build, test, go-live).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing interactions.
- Experience in training delivery and user support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
