Job Summary:

The Manufacturing Engineer will develop and improve manufacturing processes by studying product requirements and applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials. This role partners closely with cross-functional teams, equipment vendors, and operators to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance in all manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop manufacturing processes by researching, designing, modifying, and testing methods and equipment.
Improve efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.
Assure product and process quality by designing and implementing testing methods, confirming capabilities, and establishing standards.
Provide decision-making data by calculating production, labor, and material costs, reviewing schedules, and forecasting requirements.
Prepare product and process reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing trends.
Maintain compliance with government regulations and company quality standards.
Support equipment operations by coordinating maintenance and repair services.
Maintain product and process data using computer systems and documentation tools.
Guide and train technicians on design and development projects.
Stay current with industry best practices through workshops, publications, and professional networks.
Contribute to team success by accomplishing related results as needed.

Education & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline required.
Advanced degree preferred.
1+ year of relevant experience (internships or professional roles count).
Strong technical foundation with excellent communication and documentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; open to overtime or occasional off-shift work.
