Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Finance Operations located in the Greater Seattle Area. The Finance Operations role involves managing daily financial transactions with insurance companies and patients, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting the overall team with analytical tasks. Responsibilities include preparing financial statements, analyzing financial data, developing budgets, and assisting in the financial planning process. The role also requires effective communication with other departments to manage and improve financial operations processes.
We have tight metrics / KPIs for Days A/R outstanding, etc., and looking for team members who have the organizational skills and focus to help meet metrics that matter!
Qualifications
- Experience in Financial Operations and Finance
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proficient in Financial Reporting
- Excellent Communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with financial software and tools--we lean Apple/Mac heavy!
- Coding experience / familiarity with APIs helpful
