And now we need a passionate, relentless, people‑first salesperson to take Bebemos into bars, lounges, rooftops, and eateries in North County San Diego!
Role Description
As a Junior Sales Representative for Bebemos, your mission is to land new, on‑premise accounts (bars, restaurants, lounges), win over beverage directors, bar managers, owners, and staff, and make Bebemos a staple in their pours. You’ll run your territory like your own business: prospecting, closing, managing, training, activating, nurturing... all of it.
You’ll be the face, the voice, and the partner for Bebemos in your market.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect & Acquire New Accounts: identify, cold-call, pitch, and close bars/restaurants/lounges to carry Bebemos
- Build Relationships at Every Level: connect with beverage directors, ownership, bar managers, and on-the-floor bar staff with warmth, authenticity, and integrity
- Account Management: be responsive, ensure reorder flow, monitor sales, deliver support, and grow usage within accounts
- Staff Trainings & Education: teach bartenders, servers, and managers about Bebemos’ story, tasting notes, cocktail applications, and brand ethos
- In-Bar Activations & Events: plan and execute tastings, pop-ups, pairing nights, promos, and other experiential activations to drive velocity
- KPI Tracking & Reporting: maintain CRM, sales forecasts, call logs, goal tracking, and report results
- Territory Ownership Mindset: work independently, as if you’re the CEO of your market; be organized, proactive, and results-driven
Qualifications
- Incredibly friendly, outgoing, and magnetic; you thrive in social settings and effortlessly build rapport
- People will say you’re genuine, trustworthy, and of high integrity; you keep your promises
- You have a hustler’s spirit; self-motivated, scrappy, and comfortable working autonomously
- Experience in hospitality, bartending, or beverage/alcohol sales is a strong plus (but not required if you have the right energy)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills
- You must be 21+, with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work nights and weekends for activations, events, and relationship-building
