Overview:
We are looking for a secretary to support a fast-paced real estate and consulting office. This role requires someone detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and organize office information, records, and documents with accuracy.
- Handle calls, emails, and scheduling.
- Prepare and review documents (contracts, statements, property files, etc.).
- Assist with research and data entry on properties, auctions, and financials.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Requirements:
- Open-minded and willing to learn new systems and processes.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in managing information.
- Neat and organized in both work and appearance.
- Strong communication skills; not afraid to ask questions for clarity.
- Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, email).

Base Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
