We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to join our mission to help kids through learning magic!
We are a small start up and this is a commission position with lots of potential .
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective ONLINE sales and marketing strategies to drive traffic to our site (MagicExplorers.com) and increase conversions.
- Manage our monthly email newsletter
- Refine messaging and identify ideal bulk-buying customers
- Create, tweak, and A/B test pages on our website (Wix)
Qualifications
- Ambitious, self-motivated go-getter
- Basic website and content creation skills
- Loves writing ad copy and experimenting with messaging
- Experience with Google Ads and/or social media PPC—or eager to master it
- Passion for helping kids grow through meaningful experiences
