Salary Range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing team. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting the execution of marketing strategies that drive growth and engagement across multiple channels. You will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and implementation of marketing initiatives, ensuring that all campaigns are executed seamlessly and align with our brand's vision and goals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels including email, social media, and digital advertising.
- Coordinate market research initiatives to identify target audiences and analyze market trends.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop marketing materials and content that reflect brand standards.
- Manage social media accounts and schedule regular posts to engage with our audience effectively.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights to improve future efforts.
- Organize promotional events and activities, including managing logistics, budgeting, and post-event analysis.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably as a coordinator or similar position.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software or content management systems is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment as well as independently.
