Marketing Coordinator (On-site – Atlanta, GA)
We’re hiring a Marketing Coordinator to turn our story (and our clients’ wins) into demand. This is a full-time, on-site role in Atlanta, offering a competitive base salary plus performance bonuses tied to results.
At Sales Hatch, we help companies dominate their markets through Sales Development-as-a-Service and by building elite sales teams through our Sales Recruitment division — and we’re looking for someone ready to make an immediate impact on our brand presence, lead generation, and events strategy.
What You’ll Do
- Run multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social, direct mail, webinars, events) that drive awareness and generate qualified leads.
- Support our content strategy — from social media posts and email copy to one-pagers, case studies, and event materials.
- Support and grow our social media — build our presence on LinkedIn, showcase client success stories, highlight company culture, and attract top talent and partners.
- Plan and execute networking events, local sponsorships, and webinars — coordinating vendors, invites, and follow-up campaigns.
- Assist with website content, blogging, and LinkedIn updates to boost visibility and SEO.
- Partner closely with Sales to support various revenue goals and campaign initiatives.
What You’ve Done
- Degree or relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, or Business is preferred.
- Experience (internships count) in marketing, events, or project coordination.
- Strong familiarity with social media management and event planning.
- Bonus points for experience with Canva, Google Analytics, or LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience in conducting prospecting and outbound activities.
- Winner attitude + coachable
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
