Role: Marketing Automation Technical Producer
Location: Atlanta, GA 30339
Type: Contract (40 hrs/week), ~6 months
Job Summary
Our client, a leading retail & consumer brand, is seeking a Marketing Automation Technical Producer to build, execute, and optimize automated lifecycle campaigns in Braze. You’ll bridge strategy and hands-on production across workflows/canvases, dynamic content, data integrations, and audience segmentation to drive measurable engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and launch Braze campaigns across email, push, in-app, and SMS; ensure flawless QA and on-time delivery.
- Configure journeys/canvases, triggers/events, and segmentation based on business rules and data inputs.
- Implement dynamic content/personalization (e.g., Liquid/templating) to improve relevance and conversion.
- Partner with marketing, data, and creative teams to translate briefs into scalable automations.
- Execute A/B tests and report performance; iterate on audiences, content, and timing.
- Manage data integrations/field mapping for targeting, suppression, and attribution.
- Maintain documentation, governance, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- 2–5 years in marketing automation or lifecycle marketing with hands-on Braze experience.
- Proven campaign production: segmentation, canvases/journeys, dynamic content, QA, deployment.
- Familiarity with CRM data structures, events, and audience rules.
- Strong collaboration, attention to detail, and delivery focus.
Certifications (Preferred)
- Braze certifications and/or equivalent platform credentials.
Preferred Skills
- Salesforce (CRM), basic HTML/CSS, Liquid/templating, A/B testing, QA processes.
