Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the development and execution of communication strategies and campaigns.
- Create engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, and websites.
- Conduct research to support communication initiatives and gather insights on audience engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging is consistent and aligned with brand goals.
- Help manage the organization's social media accounts, including posting and responding to inquiries.
- Assist with organizing events, webinars, and other outreach activities to promote the organization's mission.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare weekly reports on communication efforts and audience interaction.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently manage tasks.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design tools or content management systems is a plus.
