The Opportunity

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Part-Time Administrative Assistant to join our studio team. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring the studio runs smoothly, and creating a welcoming, creative atmosphere for our team and clients.

What You’ll Do

Provide day-to-day administrative support to studio leadership and project teams
Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics
Support onboarding processes for new hires and freelancers
Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reporting, and office supplies
Assist with planning and executing internal events and team activities
Act as a liaison between departments to ensure clear communication and workflow
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Support light finance and HR tasks, such as timesheet tracking and invoice processing

What You Bring

2+ years of experience in an administrative or operations support role
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom)
A proactive mindset – you anticipate needs before they arise
Comfort working in a fast-paced, creative environment
A warm, approachable attitude – you're the type of person who makes others feel welcome
