About the Role
Your mission is to translate our brand's essence into unforgettable, high-impact experiences. We're looking for an exceptional Producer who can seamlessly bridge the gap between creative vision and flawless execution in the realm of experiential marketing. This isn't just about logistics; it's about understanding brand strategy and audience connection to build immersive, lasting impressions—from intimate employee gatherings to massive cultural moments. You will be the architect of how our brand shows up in the world.
What You'll Deliver
- Lead Production: Own the end-to-end planning and execution of a diverse portfolio of experiences, including cultural activations, internal employee events, partner events, brand pop-ups, and large-scale consumer engagements.
- Creative Strategy: Conceptualize and develop compelling ideas that transform brand narratives into tangible, immersive, and strategically aligned physical experiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal creative, marketing, and content teams to ensure seamless brand integration and consistent storytelling across all touchpoints.
- Vendor & Budget Management: Source, manage, and negotiate with a global network of vendors, fabrication partners, production crews, and freelance talent. Develop, track, and manage complex budgets, timelines, and production schedules with meticulous accuracy.
- Operational Excellence: Coordinate all corporate operations, including space planning, catering, security, AV/Tech, facilities, and travel management.
- Risk & Compliance: Oversee all permits, insurance, contracts, and safety compliance to ensure smooth, secure, and compliant activations worldwide.
- Impact Measurement: Define, track, and report on key event metrics (e.g., engagement, brand sentiment, lead capture, social amplification) to clearly demonstrate ROI.
- Innovation: Stay current on emerging trends in spatial design, immersive tech, consumer engagement, and brand storytelling to consistently elevate our production standards.
Who You Are
- A seasoned Producer with a robust portfolio showcasing hands-on experience in experiential or brand-focused events.
- A storyteller at heart, deeply passionate about translating narratives through sensory design, interaction, and physical space.
- Detail-oriented, with proven success managing multiple, fast-moving projects simultaneously without compromising quality.
- An exceptional communicator and negotiator, skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficient in essential production and project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Microsoft Suite, Figma, Miro).
- Flexible and ready to travel and work the hours required to ensure flawless on-site execution.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with a creative agency, brand experience studio, or a high-growth lifestyle/consumer brand.
- Familiarity with production design, scenic builds, spatial planning, and working directly with Creative Directors and designers.
- Understanding of how to maximize social media amplification and content capture strategies within a live experience.
