Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and professional customer service via email, chat, and/or phone.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, data entry, document preparation, and report updates.
- Manage support tickets, follow up on pending issues, and ensure resolutions are completed efficiently.
- Assist with project coordination, tracking deadlines, and maintaining accurate records.
- Maintain and update client or company databases, spreadsheets, and CRM tools.
- Prepare and organize digital files and correspondence.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support systems and workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Customer Support Representative, or Administrative Assistant.
- Strong communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Proficient with online tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
