We're growing fast and looking for a hungry, well-connected sales professional to drive memberships, corporate events, and private bookings.
About the Role- Commission-only to start — this is a true eat-what-you-kill position.
- Unlimited upside — earn a percentage of every membership, event, and partnership you close.
- Path to salary — transition into a paid + commission role once you show consistent results.
- Independence & flexibility — bring in business your way through local networks, corporate contacts, or creative partnerships.
What You’ll Do- Sell memberships and event packages to the Phoenix Metro and West Valley’s corporate and social crowd.
- Use your network to secure recurring bookings and strategic partnerships.
- Create buzz and keep The Back Nine Golf top of mind with companies, concierges, realtors, schools, groups, and community connectors.
Who You Are- A connector with a proven ability to sell in hospitality, nightlife, events, memberships, or partnerships.
- Energized by commission-based upside and not afraid to hustle.
- Well-networked in Phoenix Metro and especially the West Valley.
CompensationCommission-only to start.
Earn 10–20% on events and partnerships you close, plus flat payouts for every new membership.
No earning cap, and a clear path to base + commission once results are proven.
