Position SummaryThe Manager, Inside Sales drives Empower's growth by leading a high-performing team that engages healthcare providers with clarity, purpose, and service excellence. Through strategic coaching, performance optimization, and a focus on relationship development, this role ensures sales efforts are compliant, scalable, and impactful. By advancing provider partnerships and fueling patient access, the Manager, Inside Sales plays a critical role in expanding the reach of affordable, life-changing medication to 300 million people living healthier, happier lives.
Duties and Responsibilities- Leads and supports the Inside Sales team through regular coaching, mentoring, and training, while managing workflows, monitoring key performance indicators, and conducting staff meetings to drive team success.
- Develops and implements Standard Operating Procedures and adjusts operational processes to align with new products, regulatory changes, and organizational goals.
- Establishes, maintains, and strengthens business relationships with healthcare providers, assisting clinic liaisons in converting opportunities into active accounts and ensuring follow-up on all leads through mass communication campaigns.
- Analyzes sales performance and customer requests to implement and refine data-driven strategies, while reviewing opportunity pipelines, forecasting products, and troubleshooting customer escalations.
- Oversees hiring, onboarding, and professional development, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting a positive company culture focused on growth and excellence.
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is required to talk and hear. The employee is often required to remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently use their hands and fingers to handle or feel in order to access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The employee is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. - Possesses strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills, with proficiency in Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud), knowledge of healthcare regulations, pharmaceutical products, and clinical treatments, and expertise in project management and organizational efficiency.

Experience and Qualifications- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management role, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field required.
- Demonstrated experience leveraging AI in daily work to drive efficiency, solve problems, and enhance decision-making-adept at integrating AI-powered solutions into all workflows.
