As a Junior Event Coordinator, you’ll play a hands-on role in supporting the organisation, planning, and delivery of marketing events and promotional campaigns. You’ll work alongside senior coordinators, clients, and partners to ensure each event runs seamlessly. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and coordination of marketing events, brand activations, and campaigns
- Manage event logistics such as venues, equipment, materials, and staffing
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution
- Support on-site event setup, coordination, and breakdown
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions and event concepts
- Assist in creating event materials and promotional assets
- Track event budgets and help prepare post-event reports
- Ensure every event aligns with brand identity and exceeds client expectations
