Role Description
Influenceable is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of dynamic digital content strategies for our clients. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for short-form content, emerging trends, and community engagement. Our team is fast paced, and oriented around the goals of excellency and consistency for our clients. We’re looking for a Social Media Coordinator who understands how politics, policy, and culture intersect, someone who can translate complex issues into compelling digital narratives.
You will play a key role in creating, managing, and optimizing content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. This position requires hands-on content creation, strong platform knowledge, and the ability to collaborate closely with both internal teams and client accounts to drive brand awareness, engagement, and audience growth.
Responsibilities
- Create and publish engaging, platform-native content tailored to each client’s brand and objectives
- Script, film, and edit short-form videos, including skits, behind-the-scenes moments, and trends
- Assist in managing daily posting schedules, ensuring consistency and quality across platforms
- Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to comments and fostering conversations
- Stay up-to-date on platform trends, cultural moments, and algorithm changes to inform content direction
- Track content performance and audience insights using native analytics tools
- Support reporting efforts with weekly insights and recommendations
- Collaborate with internal teams to bring social strategy to life across active client campaigns
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in social media coordination, content creation, or a similar role
- Proven experience producing short-form video content (CapCut, Canva, Figma is a plus)
- Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X audiences and trends
- Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
- Understanding of algorithms across all platforms and how to best leverage our client accounts per platform
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks simultaneously
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, self-starter attitude
- Basic understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools
Hours: 9:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday; Friday - Work from Home
Location: Charlotte, NC
