What You’ll Do

Lead a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians
Assign and manage engineering tasks with clear expectations and deliverables
Review and translate customer documentation into manufacturable solutions
Implement process improvements for order transfer, documentation, and change management
Manage project budgets, schedules, and technical challenges
Support lean manufacturing, new equipment/software rollouts, and ISO/OSHA compliance
Collaborate across departments to eliminate waste and drive operational excellence
Develop reports and KPIs to track team and project performance

What We’re Looking For

Experience: 8–12 years in electrical engineering within a manufacturing environment
Leadership: Supervisory or management experience leading technical teams
Technical Skills: Strong understanding of control systems, schematics, and design documentation
Automation: Experience with manufacturing automation and process improvements
Financial Acumen: Comfortable with estimating, budgeting, and cost tracking
Tech Forward: Familiarity with or interest in AI tools and emerging technologies
Mindset: Passion for technology, curiosity, and a drive to innovate and improve
