Job Title: Full Stack Software Engineer –Node.js and Next.js
Location: Remote (Must reside on the East Coast)

Pay: $90,000–$120,000 + 1–3% Equity
We’re reimagining how healthcare admissions teams manage referrals—making workflows smarter, faster, and more human. If you’re a seasoned full stack engineer ready to own the stack and shape the product from the ground up, we want to meet you.
What You’ll Build:
- Scalable backend services using Node.js, SQL, and modern ORMs (Prisma, Sequelize, Drizzle)
- Fast, intuitive web apps with Next.js
- Automation flows using Playwright or Puppeteer (bonus points!)
- Clean, optimized data models and queries
- Features that ship fast and align tightly with product vision
What You Bring:
- 6+ years of web development experience
- 4+ years with Node.js, 2+ years with Next.js
- 3+ years working with SQL and ORMs
- Strong communication skills
- Comfort working independently in a Copilot-powered IDE (VSCode, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
Bonus Points For:
- Experience in healthcare tech or admissions workflows
- Browser automation chops
